KraftKonect — Terms and Conditions

1. What KraftKonect Is

KraftKonect is a marketplace platform designed to connect customers with local service providers such as tailors, hairstylists, makeup artists, and other artisans.

At this stage, KraftKonect is in pre-launch. The website currently allows users to:

• Join a customer waitlist
• Submit information for early service provider onboarding

No bookings, payments, or transactions are processed on the platform at this time.

2. Eligibility

By using KraftKonect, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• Any information you submit is accurate and truthful
• You have the legal right to provide the information you submit

3. Customer Waitlist

By joining the customer waitlist:

• You consent to receive updates related to KraftKonect’s launch and features
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access at launch
• We may limit or phase access during rollout

4. Service Provider Early Onboarding

By submitting your information as a service provider, you understand and agree that:

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance, listing, or promotion
• KraftKonect may review, approve, delay, or reject provider applications at its discretion
• Early onboarding benefits (such as promotion or visibility) are not guaranteed and may change prior to launch
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details

KraftKonect does not currently verify licenses, certifications, or credentials unless explicitly stated in the future.

5. No Endorsement or Guarantee

KraftKonect:

• Does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any service provider’s work
• Is not liable for services performed, pricing disputes, quality of work, or agreements made between customers and providers

All interactions between customers and providers occur at their own discretion and risk.

6. Use of Submitted Information

By submitting information to KraftKonect, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your information for platform-related purposes
• Contact you regarding launch updates, onboarding, or platform access

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the KraftKonect website—including branding, logos, design, and text—is owned by KraftKonect or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
